This proposed multi-dwelling residential design project sets out to have a modern and minimalistic design approach while following the principles of Contemporary architecture.

 

Prioritisation of experience and  livability intends to shift the definition of residential value from traditional area calculations to quality and flexible functionality while maintaining the distinct nature of every residential unit. 

 

Creating recognisable and consistent units across 60+ units that vary in size and are also consistent with the desired future character of the local area while maintaining the objective of a Medium Density Residential Zone was the motto behind designing this project.

 

The planning responds to several public open spaces including regional park, parklands and all the necessary amenities at a very close proximity.
