Located in one of Australia's most peaceful environments and charming rural scenes that simply coexist with the neighbourhood in the suburb of Kellyville, this proposed Townhouse reflects the city vibes and appreciates the scenic beauty of the area.

Designed as 2 storey building apartments across multiple blocks, this project maximises views across all directions and projects the communal central landscape and public areas within the site.

Vertical framing for window openings and vertically patterned louvres provide solar protection and ensure privacy while connecting the residents to a more wider context.

An effort was made to provide a more holistic approach to the interior design that brought the external textures and tones inside, setting a new standard of residential quality in the area.
