This development is located on a corner block on a landmark site marking the northern gateway to the Blacktown CBD precinct.


The project comprises two 18-storey residential towers over a podium which has landscaped rooftop terrace and encloses a urban courtyard space.  It is supported by a podium containing ground floor retail tenancies and commercial offices at first floor level. There are cross site links provided through a public courtyard with active shopfronts and landscaped areas. The towers give a strong vertical emphasis with blade walls along its main façade extending into roof features at the top floors and emphasized by stepped corner balcony forms. The lower podium levels feature active shopfronts addressing the street and a more horizontal emphasis with a series of box frames and shading devices.


The residential component consists of a total of 276 apartments with a mix of one, two, three, and bedroom apartments.  and communal facilities such as a swimming pool and indoor gym and terraced gardens in the podium level and four levels of basement parking for both retail staff customers and residents.
