FISHBURN

Phase 1 of this apartment project with over 130 units opens its wings towards the north to minimize the solar access across many units within the project. The U-shaped central feature is the highlight of the building and possibly becomes a part of the community spill-over space. The built form gives to the community as much as it takes from it in the form of communal spaces and street activation.

A series of shading fins add to the aesthetics of the building design while complimenting the exterior components. While enhancing the ramatics of the interior spaces.

 

Phase 2 of this project is planned to be designed in 2023. Upon completion of stage 1
