This proposed child care centre at 30-32 Park Avenue is situated in the suburb of Kingswood which is located to the west of Sydney CBD.

Considering the project proposal, the proposed project has a facade in line with the desired character of the locality with contemporary architectural style, using bold forms & a play of mass & voids. The proposed building is oriented to reduce the noise of the play areas by incremental side setbacks and buffer zones with dense planters towards adjoining neighbours. The outdoor play areas are behind the front building line on both floors. The outdoor play areas have sufficient solar access as the rear of the project faces north. Landscape areas are maximised by creating the basement profile away from the property boundary with the provision of sufficient deep soil zones.
