This proposed project intends to follow the principle of ‘Integrated Housing’ amidst the neighbouring locality of several mixed type dwellings which also includes many older style villas. 

 

The proposed project delicately balances the mixture of a contemporary and modern style of architecture while maintaining an inter-relation between the landscape and the structural design that compliments the use of minimal yet engaging materials that creates luxurious living spaces while capitalising on the great weather and indoor-outdoor lifestyle in Australia.  

 

A combination of high pitched roof and straight walls which further experiments with building materials carefully provides  privacy and security between the residence and the formal entrance to the site.
