The proposed child care centre at 78 Windsor road in Kellyville seeks to cater for 80+ children across various age groups. Carefully designed internal and external activity spaces for children along with associated facilities and amenities thereby adding value to the community itself.

The design rationale seeks to provide an overall building siting and massing with a high degree of contextual fit in the desired future Medium Density Residential Setting with landscaped front setbacks whilst accommodating the required parking and play areas and minimising any potential adverse amenity impacts. The scale of the proposal reflects the size and capacity of the site to suitably accommodate a two storey articulated built form with compliant setbacks, building height, carefully designed spaces, car parking, landscaping and fencing.
